Overview
The E-flite Lumber X 1.2m lets loose a new era of STOL plus 3D aerobatic capability. Based upon the extremely popular Lumber 1.5m model but including a new wing design, extra-large control surfaces plus a 3S and 4S suitable power system, it uses an even broader flight envelope to deliver a really “moderate to wild” experience. Hollow-core EPO building with composite support results in a lightweight yet strong airframe that can managing extreme aerobatic maneuvers while keeping the wing loading low for outstanding Brief Takeoff and Landing (STOL) and sluggish flight performance. It's also geared up with high-torque, metal-geared servos plus the shock-absorbing landing gear of the initial model so you can fly as strongly as you want from almost any surface. You can even set up the included leading edge slats for enhanced sluggish flight performance, or the optional floats (EFL5261, sold independently) so you can fly from water. Add in the LED landing, navigation and strobe lights plus much of the other popular features of the initial, and the Lumber X is a design almost every pilot can value and enjoy!

This Plug-N-Play (PNP) model comes out of the box with a factory-installed power system and servos that are all set to link to the suitable receiver of your option (sold independently). Just set up the receiver, complete any last assembly, and fly!

The brand-new wing design has a shorter span yet almost as much wing area as the initial, plus it features drooped wingtips and can be geared up with the included optional-use leading edge slats for enhanced sluggish flight and STOL performance. These features, together with the lightweight design, extra-large flaps and high-power brushless motor make it possible to spring into the air or float down to land in just 2 feet or less.



LED Lights
Like the initial, the Lumber X 1.2m includes realistic-looking LED landing, navigation, and strobe lights that are factory-installed and powered from the flight battery.



Optional Drifts
Owners of an initial Lumber 1.5m model can use the float set it included on the Lumber X 1.2m, or the EDO-style float set is available independently and consists of the required mounting struts plus a dual-rudder steering system for outstanding handling and easy takeoffs and landings on water.
