The E-flite® Timber® X 1.2m unleashes a brand-new age of STOL plus 3D aerobatic capability. eXtreme Maneuverability

Already own a Spektrum™ transmitter? Bind-N-Fly (BNF) airplane make entering the air rapidly and with the best control experience possible simpler than ever. Easy Change Task—No Complex Programs Required
The easy procedure for designating a transmitter switch to turn SAFE Select features on and off does not require any complicated programming and takes simply a few seconds.

If you don't want to make it possible for the SAFE Select features, simply bind the receiver generally and it will operate like a standard AS3X receiver.
