They're easily powered by the THREE or FOUR 2200–3200mAh flight battery, and can also be quickly disconnected when flying in daytime conditions. Plus, simply like the original, the Night Timber® X 1.2m is also geared up with realistic-looking LED landing, navigation and strobe lights.
 









eXtra Exclusive Technologies
The Night Timber® X 1.2m is geared up with exclusive Spektrum™ AS3X® and SAFE® Select technologies. AS3X works behind the scenes to ravel the impacts of wind and turbulence to provide a locked-in feel that makes it seem like you're flying a much larger aircraft. Optional-use SAFE Select offers pitch and bank angle limits along with automated self-leveling that can be switched on and off at the flip of a switch! It also includes motor reversing to use special ground handling and other capabilities.
 



eXtreme Maneuverability
The Night Timber® X 1.2m includes a wing design with a shortened span plus much larger ailerons and flaps, along with a bigger elevator and rudder, compared to the original Timber 1.5m. Double-beveled hinge lines make it possible to deflect every control surface area, including the flaps that can take a trip in both instructions, to high angles for outstanding control and eXtreme 3D aerobatic capability. Already own a Spektrum™ transmitter? Bind-N-Fly (BNF) aircraft make entering into the air quickly and with the very best control experience possible much easier than ever. The aircraft instantly goes back to and holds level flight when the sticks are released and in the center position. It's also valuable for keeping the wings level throughout takeoffs/launches and landings.

Easy Change Project—No Complex Programming Required
The easy procedure for designating a transmitter switch to turn SAFE Select functions on and off doesn't require any intricate programs and takes simply a few seconds.

If you do not want to allow the SAFE Select functions, simply bind the receiver usually and it will function like a standard AS3X receiver.
