Overview
The E-flite® F-15 Eagle 64mm EDF jet is a reproduction of the world-renowned air superiority fighter zipped the U.S. Air Force. It's geared up with a 4S-compatible brushless motor and a 40-amp ESC that are matched to an 11-blade fan to provide wonderful speed, thrust and a turbine-like sound. The factory-installed power system and servos assist make it quick and easy to put together the lightweight yet resilient EPO airframe with bolt-on wings so you can be flying in less time than it takes to charge a battery. Optional-use fixed landing gear with a steerable nose wheel is included so you can taxi, remove and land on runways, or you can leave the landing gear off for improved performance plus easy hand launches and landings on turf. You can also fly with or without the wing-mounted drop tanks and missiles depending on the look and managing you choose. And all of it adds up to provide among the easiest to take pleasure in and easiest to fly Eagle designs ever!

Exclusive Technologies
This is the first high-performance F-15 design geared up with unique Spektrum® AS3X® and SAFE® Select technologies. AS3X works behind the scenes to ravel the impacts of wind and turbulence to provide a locked-in feel that makes it look like you're flying a much larger jet. Optional-use SAFE Select provides pitch and bank angle limits in addition to automated self-leveling that can be switched on and off at the flip of a switch making this the easiest to fly Eagle yet! And if you do not wish to enable the SAFE Select features, simply bind the receiver usually and only AS3X will be active.
 



High-Power EDF
The 11-blade 64mm fan, high-RPM brushless motor and 40-amp ESC integrate with your 4S 2200mAh LiPo battery to provide terrific vertical performance and a wonderful speed variety with essentially rapid throttle reaction. However what makes the experience truly satisfying is the wonderful sound produced by the power system- it's practically like a real turbine.
 







Gear Options
You can install the included set landing gear with steerable nose wheel to taxi, remove and land on smooth surface areas. Or you can leave the landing gear off for more speed and vertical performance plus easy hand launches and landings on turf.
 



Unique Trim Scheme
The factory-applied paint and decal finish reproduces the aggressor squadron "splinter" trim scheme discovered on F-15s utilized to function as an opposing force while offering a realistic simulation of air fight.

They come out of the box with the power system, servos and a Spektrum 2.4GHz receiver installed so all you require to do is bind the receiver to a compatible transmitter, end up any last assembly, and fly!

Pitch and Bank Angle Limits
These envelope limits keep the plane from rolling or pitching upside down. They also prevent excessive climb or dive angles.

Automatic Self-Leveling
The plane immediately returns to and holds level flight when the sticks are released and in the center position. It's also valuable for keeping the wings level throughout takeoffs/launches and landings.

Easy Switch Task- No Shows Required
The easy treatment for assigning a transmitter switch to turn SAFE Select features on and off does not need any shows and takes just a couple of seconds.

If you do not wish to enable the SAFE Select features, just bind the receiver usually and it will work like a standard AS3X receiver.
