It's capable of slow and scale-like flying, sport flying, plus high energy aerobatics — and with the optional-use SAFE® Select technology in the BNF® Fundamental version, the RV-7 1.1m also makes a terrific "next action" as a first low-wing or scale design for pilots who have successfully mastered learning to fly with a trainer. The factory-installed brushless power system features a specially-tuned motor and 3-blade prop that deliver an abundance of thrust with a THREE LiPo battery, or more speed and limitless vertical efficiency when utilizing a FOUR pack. With 2200–3200mAh Smart and non-Smart batteries, the special 45-amp Spektrum™ Avian™ Smart Lite ESC can supply a variety of real-time power system-related telemetry information consisting of motor RPM, present, battery voltage and more through suitable receivers (such as the AR631 included with the BNF® Fundamental version) and Spektrum AirWare™ geared up transmitters.
