They are for experienced design builders.

FEATURES:
White styrene tube strips are 14-1/4" long.
Used for piping in commercial complexes or for flatcar loads.
May likewise be used as round pylons in bridge, pier, and other
    structures.
Ideal for museum quality and smaller sized scale design building where
    assembly speed, profile accuracy, and cost are the identifying
    factor.
Sturdy but flexible tubes may be cut to match various design purposes.
