This is an All-Wood Static Show 1938 Triple Cockpit Barrelback Boat Kit.

Tools, X-acto knife (no. 11 & no. 16 blades), ruler, wood glue
    thick and thin CA glue and accelerator, sanding paper-coarse (60-80
    grit), medium (100-120 grit), fine (220 grit), ¼" & ½" paint brush,
    ¾" broad masking tape, assorted drill bits: (1/32" dia
    (#67) 1/16" dia., 3/32" dia., 1/8" dia., 1/4" dia.), clothing pins.
