This is the Dumas 1941 Chris-Craft 16' Hydroplane Design Kit.

Double planked mahogany and broadened PVC building
Die and laser cut wood parts
Chrome cast metal fittings
Complete driveline hardware
Initial information include plastic windscreen, flags, and
    non-functional navigation light

CONSISTS OF:
All wood to build the package, flags, mylar decals, deck fittings,
running hardware, guidebook, and full-size strategies

REQUIRES:
Tools, paint and glue
Motor, battery, speed control, and radio devices needed if
    wishing to use as radio control design
