This is the Dumas 1941 Chris-Craft 16' Hydroplane Model Kit.

Die and laser cut wood parts
Chrome cast metal fittings
Total driveline hardware
Original details consist of plastic windshield, flags, and
    non-functional navigation light

INCLUDES:
All wood to construct the kit, flags, mylar decals, deck fittings,
running hardware, guidebook, and full-size strategies

NEEDS:
Tools, paint and glue
Motor, battery, speed control, and radio devices needed if
    wishing to use as radio control design
