This is the Dumas 1941 Chris-Craft 16' Hydroplane Model Kit.

Pass away and laser cut wood parts
Chrome cast metal fittings
Complete driveline hardware
Initial details consist of plastic windscreen, flags, and
    non-functional navigation light

INCLUDES:
All wood to build the set, flags, mylar decals, deck fittings,
running hardware, instruction book, and full-size strategies

NEEDS:
Tools, paint and glue
Motor, battery, speed control, and radio equipment required if
    wishing to utilize as radio control model
