This is the Dumas 1941 Chris-Craft 16' Hydroplane Design Kit.

Double planked mahogany and broadened PVC construction
Die and laser cut wood parts
Chrome cast metal fittings
Total driveline hardware
Original details consist of plastic windshield, flags, and
    non-functional navigation light

CONSISTS OF:
All wood to build the kit, flags, mylar decals, deck fittings,
running hardware, instruction book, and full-size plans

NEEDS:
Tools, paint and glue
Motor, battery, speed control, and radio equipment needed if
    wishing to utilize as radio control model
