This is the Dumas 1941 Chris-Craft 16' Hydroplane Design Kit.

FEATURES:
Double planked mahogany and broadened PVC building
Pass away and laser cut wood parts
Chrome cast metal fittings
Complete driveline hardware
Initial information include plastic windshield, flags, and
    non-functional navigation light

CONSISTS OF:
All wood to build the kit, flags, mylar decals, deck fittings,
running hardware, instruction book, and full-size plans

NEEDS:
Tools, paint and glue
Motor, battery, speed control, and radio devices needed if
    wishing to use as radio control design
