Dubro Spinner 3" Red

There's no need to utilize a hammer, with Dubro's simple on/easy off spinners.
Just press-fit the nylon lock nuts to the backplate, line up the nose cone core
to the backplate with the four included pins, and protect the nosecone with
the included socket head screws. Fast, simple and reliable. Each cone comes
complete with the installing hardware and four shaft adapters.
