The alignment pin is on the top of the pliers, and is associated
    the area on the pliers jaws that make the bend. Put simply the
    pin in the servo horn hole that the pushrod will link to.
    Next, gently hold the music wire where the bend will be put.
    Then get rid of the pliers from the servo horn, and squeeze the deals with
    together to make the bend. You can get rid of any excess wire with a
    set of diagonal wire cutters.
