 Cheap plastic.

Axles are made of plastic and work well for low power driving. I use 3 cell batteries however and preferred high speed performance and wheelies on demand. I have to replace these axles about every four hours. Ten bucks a piece is much more affordable than 40 bucks a piece for the metal axles. Someday I’ll save enough money to buy the set.

Bought this for my Rustler 4X4 VXL. Does not fit. This part number is smaller in diameter than the stock option that comes on the truck from the factory.
