These inserts include a Competition Cut, closed cell inner foam, with a Medium traditional or open cell density outer foam. The closed cell inner foam is incredibly dense, water proof, is not temperature level delicate and is incredibly durable. The traditional outer foam is not temperature level delicate, however it is not water proof.

The "Comp Cut" inner has 3 grooves machined into the location where the outer and inner meet. The machined grooves allow for the outer foam to collapse into them resulting in a far more responsive tire.

The 4.50" is the Middle Size inner in the Lil' Nova Dual Phase foam line and designed for 1.9 tires and much heavier rc vehicles.
