These inserts include a Competition Cut, closed cell inner foam, with a Medium standard or open cell density external foam. The closed cell inner foam is super thick, water evidence, is not temperature level delicate and is very long lasting. The standard external foam is not temperature level delicate, but it is not water proof.

The "Compensation Cut" inner has actually 3 grooves machined into the area where the external and inner satisfy. The machined grooves enable the external foam to collapse into them leading to a much more responsive tire.
