J Concepts Jci Tuck 1989 Ford F-150, Cab Only, Fits Traxxas Trx-4 Sport/End

The single cab truck shell is "Built Ford Hard" and focuses on a market that gathers an appearance, fit, and finish to take on rough surface. In addition to having a full body "tucked" version, JConcepts uses the "cab just" version to enliven the crawler truck market. The 1989 Ford F-150 "cab just" for scale RC trucks is a bit updated but brings a custom of timeless appearances while maintaining efficiency. The body is meant for 12.3" wheelbase constructs and fits a large assortment of automobiles on the marketplace to satisfy a genre.

After trial and screening, the design team provides a "tucked" 1989 Ford for increased front tire clearance and articulation. Performance does not stop there as a slim front section slides or "tucks" through tight quarters making it possible to dominate difficult or enclosed routing course sections. With plenty of installing area on the hood, along with big wheel well openings, the body is best for class 2 competitors or basic low-stance crawling.

The combined design with brick-nose front-end, chisel-side panels and single cab building has all the structure of a hardworking pick-up truck. The factory pre-trimmed body has a recessed front windscreen and side-windows develop a strong upper section to hold up against roll-overs and coming down occurrences found on the path. Round off the 1989 body shell with included decals for grille, and headlights. Likewise included with the clear body is window mask and as always, everything is backed with JConcepts customer support and racing heritage.

Notes from JConcepts

The JCI 1989 Ford F-150 picture truck is an Element RC Enduro with eliminated floorboards. It's important that the body is either installed high enough to clear side-guards or floorboards, or it's necessary to eliminate them completely to meet the width of the shell. The truck is fitted with JConcepts #3089 Hunk tires in green compound and installed on #3413 Risk aluminum bead-lock wheels. The front bumper utilized is the Axial (#AXI230050).

To fit this body on a TRX-4 Sport or Enduro, you will require to get rid of the side pods and relocate all electronics to the center / front of the chassis. This body fits spiders with a width of around 5" or less.

The JConcepts tube bed is available through 3D printing from JConcepts on Shapeways. One part of each item is required to construct a complete bed to fit on an Element Enduro. Hardware is not included.
