Castle Creations Sensored 1412-6400Kv 4-Pole Brushless Motor

Castle is delighted to introduce their latest offering to the drag racing scene. The 1412-6400kv motor is an extremely high torque, high wattage, mid-RPM motor designed for twos no prep Street Remover racing.

They went with a slightly different method than present motors on the market. Many no prep motors are basic 540 size with really high kv (low turn). These motors rely on high RPM and low torque to press the cars and truck down the track (believe turbo charged 4 cylinder). The 1412 is longer than the majority of drag motors, which provides significantly more torque, velocity, and cooler temperatures (believe American Muscle). This results in a high horsepower, stylish, cool running motor. Your last drive ratio will need to be decreased (bigger pinion/smaller spur) to get the RPMs up for top speed; due to the size of the motor it will take almost any tailoring and CHEAT timing you can throw at it.

They intensified the design over a basic 14xx series motor to handle the high demands of drag racing. It uses a 5mm output shaft, 10AWG battery wires and 6.5mm bullets. Due to the high power nature of this motor it is extremely advised to utilize a 1/8th scale size ESC or bigger. The 1/8th Mamba Beast X and 1/6th scale Mamba Beast X eights are fantastic pairings with this motor.
