poorly made and loose fit on Rustler 4x4 vxl

I bought two sets of these, and on the first run in cut grass, with no jumping, one fell off of a Rustler 4x4 VXL. That was the end of the trip to the park. I called RPM indicating that one was loose, and in running the vehicle, one fell off, and they would not replace it. They said lost parts are not covered. I let them know that one was loose on installation, and that is the one that fell off, and they said lost parts are not covered even if it was a manufacturing defect. The Traxxas stock spring perches stay on better. Don't waste your money.
