    This is the Design 350 Medium Head Airbrush from Badger.

The 350 is an external mix airbrush-air and paint mix outside the
    airbrush, creating a bigger, coarser "dot" pattern and providing
    a heavier spray volume.
Single action, external mix, bottom feed.
Superb for base finish, stenciling, stipling and retouch projects.
Excellent option for beginning students, enthusiasts, ceramists and
    vehicle painters.
Sprays high viscosity products such as ceramic glazes and spots,
    and pastime enamels with ease.
