This is the Design 200 Medium Airbrush from Badger.

FEATURES:
Single action, internal mix, bottom feed.
Offers the ease of single action operation while offering the fine
    spray pattern of internal mix paint atomization for expert
    results.
Depressing the trigger releases a pre-set amount of color which can
    be controlled by turning a needle modification screw at the back of
    the airbrush handle.
Once the wanted paint circulation is set, the airbrush will keep the
    pre-set spray pattern up until the user decides to change it.
Will spray inks, dyes, watercolors, goouaches, correctly decreased
    acrylics, fabric paints, modeling paints, automobile lacquers and
    enamels, many ceramic stains and glazes, Air-Tex, Air-Opaque and
    MODELflex air brush colors.
Color cup and one-piece container adapter taper-fit for fast color
    changes.
Self-lubricating needle bearing makes it possible for constant appropriate
    paint circulation and avoids needle wear.
Head seal guarantees effective air flow.
Non-slip, one-piece trigger.
1/32" (0.8mm) to 2-1/2" (63mm) spray pattern.
