The Yeti Jr™ RTR takes everything you appreciate about the 1/10 scale Yeti chassis and shrinks it down to 1/18 scale - then tops it off with a licensed Can-Am® Maverick X3 body for an enjoyable 4WD that anybody can manage. Out of package, this small fear is all set for scale adventures!Before the Yeti, the only location to find an independent suspension with floating solid rear axle was in full-size off-road automobiles. Axial carried its benefits over into RC rock racers and spiders. The suspension design provide the Yeti Jr responsive handling, increased clearance, and enhanced stability at high speeds. Its included 380-size motor adds the ideal amount of speed and torque. When that muscle satisfies the tread of the Maxxis® Bighorn 2.0 radial tires, you've got all the traction you require for quickly, smooth rides over essentially any surface.

Happy with the new Yeti Jr after disappointment with original By Adam W on March 13, 2019 Verified Purchase Original Yeti Jr was the worst RC I've ever owned. I was reluctant to try the new one. Based on claims that everything was redone, and the cool body and red accents, I got it. So far I'm really happy. Only had one run on it so far. It put some smiles on my face. I like to drive scale so I'm not trying to do huge jumps or expect it to be like a 10th scale. The suspension is pretty smooth, I like to see the A arms as the front shock compress through a wide turn, try not to turn sharp as it will roll on pavement, but turn just enough to get it up on the bicycle and then save it is a blast. It looks amazing and is pretty fun. Only gripe is the lower mounting spot for the front shocks. The screws get hung up on rocks and take hits, the plastic on the shock ends gets scraped away.
