This is the Align Airplane Super Beginner.  This practical light-weight hand starter runs off LiPo battery power and features an easy one button start. Built into the starter are numerous smart electrical safety securities to keep you and your devices safe, while an included case keeps the starter safe in storage. The charger is appropriate for 50cc engines or 300 class nitro engines.
