This is the RC4WD 100mm King Scale Shock Spring Assortment.

FEATURES:
Fits the RC4WD Z-D0031 King Off-Road Scale Piggyback Shocks
Modifications dampening rate of shocks from the stock rate of 1.1 to 2.0,
    1.6, 0.8, and 0.4 depending upon track conditions
Steel construction, blue in color
Each spring has a small color marking on bottom to figure out rate
